MySwimLab helps swimmers log training, plan workouts, track progress and use optional health and activity data to support swim readiness and performance insights.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use MySwimLab, we may collect or process:
- Swim sessions you add manually, including distance, duration, notes and workout details.
- Training preferences, goals, readiness check-ins, app settings and saved plans.
- Optional Health Connect data if you grant permission, including exercise sessions, distance, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep and calories.
- Optional connected platform data if you choose to connect external services.
- Purchase or subscription status when you use Google Play Billing.
How we use information
We use this information to provide swim logs, training recommendations, readiness insights, analytics, planning tools and subscription access. Health data is used only for app features you request or enable.
Health Connect
Health Connect data is accessed only with your permission. You can remove MySwimLab's Health Connect permissions at any time in Android Health Connect settings. Removing permissions may limit readiness, import and connected health features.
MySwimLab does not sell Health Connect data and does not use Health Connect data for advertising.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal or health data. We do not use health data for advertising. Data may be processed by platform providers such as Google Play, Health Connect or connected services only as needed to provide app functionality.
Data storage and deletion
Some app data may be stored on your device. You can delete app data by clearing the app storage or uninstalling the app. You can also revoke Health Connect permissions from Android settings. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us using the email below.
Children
MySwimLab is not intended for children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
